The room was spacious and warm, perfect for a cozy stay. The location near the university added a unique twist to our visit, making the drive into town worth it. The Arabic coffee served at breakfast was delightful.

However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with food quality not matching the hotel’s 5-star claim. The maintenance issues, including heating problems and slow service response times, detracted from the overall experience.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Superior Double Room with King Bed. The swimming pool was amazing for families, playing music while we relaxed. The breakfast spread was great with options for everyone. I loved the warm hospitality from staff like Mr Rameez and the housekeeping team.

The swimming pool atmosphere is really amazing 🎶! Overall, my stay was pleasant, but the mattress in room 532 was super uncomfortable. Oh, and the service could’ve been cleaner in some areas.

The hotel has a really gorgeous swimming pool with great facilities for families like ours. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot, especially the freshly made dishes that were a hit with the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but still acceptable considering the amenities.

the millennium hotel has a great location close to the university and major highways, making it easy to explore north ksa. the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch too, perfect for relaxing. i also appreciated the clean and spacious room, which felt really comfortable during my stay.

the dinner selection could use some improvement.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family in a Superior Double Room with King Bed. The breakfast had an impressive selection, which everyone greatly enjoyed. The room was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for our family of four to relax comfortably. However, I think the room service could use some improvement, as we experienced delays during peak hours.

We stayed at this hotel with 5 teenagers and 2 little ones, and it was fantastic! The kids loved the playground, and we enjoyed the spacious sauna. Check-in was smooth, thanks to the super friendly staff. The breakfast spread was delicious and had something for everyone.

My children wished the room service was faster.

This was just an ideal choice for a fleeting stay in Ha'il with good price-value balance. The manager resolved my room issue quickly after a slight delay, which was a relief. For better value, consider ordering food from outside instead of hotel dining options.
